Great job today Alvarado XC!! We had some great improvements from this time last year at this same meet! Continue to get after it an practice and know that a very high bar has been set for this year! Sorry for the delay in publishing the itinerary for the Thursday’s cross country meet. However, due to the heat that we have been experiencing, there have been two changes in the race start times. The meet host had. changed the start time from 6 P.M to 7 P.M., then to 8 P.M. You will notice that the varsity boys and girls will run their race together starting at 8 P.M. The junior varsity boys and girls will run their race starting at 8:20 P..M.

Sportsyou for Alvarado Cross Country
**Attention Scholars & Parents**
Today at practice your runner received a code for joining the Sportsyou for Cross Country! We will use this as a form of quick communication for things like announcements or last minute changes. BOTH the parent and runner need to be a part of this. Your runner went home with a sheet of paper with the access code, and I emailed alot of you the code as well! For those that didn’t receive it please see attached instructions on how to join! Please let me know if you have any questions!

We are just 9 days away from our first Cross Country Meet of the season and there is still time to join us this season! We are currently finishing up our summer training and anyone interested is more then welcomed to join!
Monday-Wed-Fri: 7:00-9:00am and Tuesday/Thursday 7:00-8:00am
